Due to the nature of our digital services and the time reserved for each optimization session, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a personalized PC optimization service that begins preparation immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

If you experience a technical issue related to the optimization service, please contact us on Discord at cricketspcoptimization. We will work with you to address any concerns and provide reasonable support related to the service performed.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
