We provide remote PC optimization services, including BIOS optimization, Windows optimization, NVIDIA Control Panel optimization, network optimization, and other system configuration adjustments designed to improve overall system performance and responsiveness.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available only to customers located within the United States. You must have the legal authority to authorize changes to the computer being optimized.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed before the optimization session begins. By completing your purchase, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of checkout.

5. No Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not available once a purchase has been completed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your computer.
  • Ensure your hardware is functioning properly before the session.
  • Be available during the scheduled optimization session.
  • Back up any important data before the optimization begins.

7. Service Limitations

While our optimization service is designed to improve performance and responsiveness, we do not guarantee specific FPS increases, latency reductions, ping improvements, benchmark scores, or compatibility with every application or game. Results vary depending on hardware, software, internet connection, drivers, and other factors outside our control.

8. Remote Access

Our services are performed remotely. By participating in a session, you authorize us to remotely access your computer for the sole purpose of performing the requested optimization service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
